67 tireless Orange RockCorps volunteers got stuck in on Wednesday 25th August down at Brent Reservoir. Five groups worked for four hours at the water’s edge lopping branches, clearing paths, picking litter and bashing balsam. As a result, the reservoir and the greenspace around it, full of diverse wildlife, is now a much more accessible resource for the local community!
A special mention has to go to the funniest and most surprising moment of the day – when some volunteers from group four emerged from the bushes having found a couple of mattresses and a tent!
Thanks to all who Gave their 4 hours! Don't forget to check out the photos from your project, here, and stay tuned for exclusive gig info, here!
