What: On a dreary Sunday afternoon, a whopping 105 volunteers showed up at Deptford Park Primary school to give four hours, painting, gardening and listening to the smooth beats of DJ KloseOne. Orange RockCorps volunteers smashed through the work: painting superheros and princesses on walls, sprucing up a Wendy house and pulling odd things out of an old pond including a light switch, some saws, a pair of gloves, bricks and an empty vodka bottle.
Best Moment: Watching the whole team come together, with our volunteers buzzing about helping each other to get the job done.
